What You Will Do
Perform inspection, testing and maintenance/repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and state health regulations. Accurately discern and document deficiencies found during inspections.
Apply knowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes to support system integrity. Monitor system performance and communicate findings with employees, employers, customers, and authorities having jurisdiction.
What We Look For- High school diploma or equivalent
- NICET Level
II certification - Three years field experience with Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems
- Functional knowledge of Wet and Dry Sprinkler Systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, climb stairs, ladders for extended periods
- Ability to lift 40pounds without assistance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to pass pre‑employment security, drug and background checks
- Knowledge of fire pumps, backflows and standpipes (preferred)
Hourly rate: $16‑$27, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Salary range reflects target compensation for this role.
