Position Summary
Performs skilled tasks in one or more building maintenance trades. Skills using tools of the trade include multi-meters, test equipment, power saws, drills, sanders, routers and other workshop equipment. Troubleshoots electric and crank type patient beds, medical air and vacuum systems, along with fire and equipment alarms. Troubleshoots interior and exterior lighting which could include replacement of ballast, bulbs and fixtures.
PositionQualifications
- Minimum Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum Experience:
Previous maintenance experience is preferred. - Required Registration/License/Certification:
Valid Kansas Driver's License with clear driving record.
