NCR Atleos is looking for Field Service Technicians. The Field Services Team creates value for customers by delivering solutions that build long term relationships. As a first line response you will communicate openly, helpfully, and engagingly to find the right solution, triage customer issues, and handle problems early. Formal training will enable you to provide what customers need when they need it.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

• Local candidate for the Wichita, KS area.
• Authorized to work in the US, at least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to travel, drive several hours per day, and work rotating and weekend shifts.
• Capacity to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.

Salary range: $40,800.00 to $59,200.00.
