ABOUT THIS FOREMAN JOB

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday with some evenings and Saturdays required during peak season position supporting projects in Kansas City, MO.

You kick off your day as a Foreman by walking the site, dialing in priorities, and lining up crews with a clear plan; you confirm material deliveries, keep the workflow tight, and watch quality like a hawk while enforcing safety every minute; you wrangle inspections and permits, knock out warranty work when it pops up, and handle the admin that keeps everything documented and moving;

by close of day, you've checked off progress, set the next steps, and made sure the homeowner and team feel confident about tomorrow.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

• 2+ Years of experience in construction, roofing, siding or site coordination roles.
• Proficient with basic technology
• Clean driving record (must maintain)
• Willing and able to climb ladders and rooftops
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work in extreme weather environments
