Job Summary
The Repair Tech is responsible for the repair of post frame buildings according to project plans and specifications. Due to the day‑to‑day contact with customers and co‑workers this position is required to work in person on‑site.

The Repair Tech is responsible for the repair of post frame buildings according to project plans and specifications. Due to the day‑to‑day contact with customers and co‑workers this position is required to work in person on‑site.

- Gather materials for proper installing of materials at site for repairs.
- Use miscellaneous power tools.
- Assemble materials per plans & specifications.
- Repair current building issues, work on warranty repairs and billable repairs, document all repairs through Company Cam, taking before and after photos.
- Install roofing, siding & trim as required.
- Operate construction equipment as required, e.g., skid steer, scissor lift, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with QSI policies and procedures.

RequirementsEducation and/or Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Any combination of job‑related experience and/or training which would produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
QSI provides on‑the‑job training.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills- Ability to perform tasks accurately, effectively and in a timely manner.
- Must be able to multitask, possess good communication skills.
- Must be detail‑oriented and have the ability to work under time constraints.
- Ability to interface with customers, sub‑contract crews and company personnel.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Ability to safely perform major job responsibilities with reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to lift and carry light equipment and building materials repeatedly.
- Lifting anything >80lbs requires additional personnel and utilizing a dolly or forklift if possible.
