** Responsibilities for a Building Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:*
* +  
** Lead and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
** across multiple building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, RO water systems, air compressors, and mechanical equipment.

+  
** Troubleshoot complex utility systems and facility equipment
** within a regulated GMP environment, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

+  
** Coordinate with external vendors and contractors** , oversee small facility improvement projects, and mentor team members to support operational excellence.

** Candidates for Building Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* +  
** High School Diploma (or equivalent)
** paired with  
** 4+ years of applicable work experience
** in facilities or building maintenance.

+  
** Comprehensive knowledge of building systems**  (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, BMS) and the ability to interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and technical documentation.

+  
** Strong leadership and physical capability** , including excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.

+  _Preferred:_  

Experience with GMP/FDA regulations, Boiler/steam systems, CMMS software, or trade certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC).
