Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, HVAC Tech ​/ Heating Engineer

Field-based. Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

• Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
• Serve as the direct customer contact, maintaining customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems.
• Use cutting‑edge software and technology, along with hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as required by business needs.
• Enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets.

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate from an accredited technical school (required).
• 0-2 years of HVAC experience (preferred).
• Formal HVAC training or technical school background (preferred).
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• EPA certification preferred (e.g., HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer).

Hourly base pay range: $19.95 –$37.64. Incentive and commission compensation not applicable.
