Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join a growing commercial and industrial electrical services team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and quality standards.

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, circuits, and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Complete conduit bending, wire pulling, threading, terminations, and other electrical installation tasks.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and trade-specific equipment.
• Conduct routine jobsite inspections and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure all work complies with state and local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Complete daily and weekly field reports documenting project progress.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, and other project‑related activities as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience through an apprenticeship or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Experience in commercial and industrial electrical environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and maintain balance while performing job duties.
• Comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor jobsite environments.
