Subcontractor - Fence Installation
Superior Fence and Rail is the largest fence installation company in the United States. The Kansas City location has an immediate opportunity for a Fence Installation Subcontractor. We provide a consistent flow of jobs at a competitive rate.
ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have five years’ experience in general construction, preferably in a fencing and rail capacity. Must be able to use various hand/power tools and have a working knowledge of general construction. Candidates must also possess solid customer service skills as this position is a point of contact with our customers while projects are in the process of installation.
Responsibilities- Drives to scheduled job sites, meets with customers, accurately performs required work for individual projects
- Provides own labor necessary to complete tasks within deadlines
- Performs duties in compliance with OSHA, and other pertinent safety and government regulations
- Assists in loading and unloading of all materials on vehicles
- Installs all products with accuracy and quality workmanship
- Completes basic carpentry duties such as the build out of fences, may be responsible for tear down and removal of old fencing
- Upon completion of the job double checks all work to ensure quality and cleans the job site thoroughly
- Reviews all necessary information regarding the completion of the job with the customer to ensure satisfaction. Demonstrates proper use of products to ensure lasting performance
- Performs service work on our products as needed
- Follows Superior Fence and Rail processes and policies across all levels of work
- Must carry own liability insurance
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed
