Superior Fence & Rail is the largest fence installation company in the United States with over 70 locations and growing. The Kansas City location has an immediate employment opportunity for an experienced Lead Fence Installer.
OverviewAre you looking to work within a growing company? Are you looking for stable, full‑time employment? Do you want better hours, pay, and benefits? You will be building all types of fencing – vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain‑link – and leading a crew.
Typical Work WeekMonday to Thursday from 7 am to 6 pm, and some Fridays. All essential tools, truck and trailer provided.
CompensationPay ranges $18–25 per hour based on experience.
ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee crew activities, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion of fence installations.
Qualifications- At least five (5) years of fence or construction experience.
- One (1) year of demonstrated leadership experience leading crews.
- Possess a valid KS or MO driver’s license.
- Pass background check.
- Pass drug screening.
Reliable transportation. - Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat.
- Fencing, framing, roofing, or carpentry experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service.
- Excellent organization/time‑management.
- Ability to learn and follow the Superior Fence & Rail process for building fences.
