Provide time and cost estimates and assist with accurate billing.

Must-haves3–5 years of experience across multiple trades.

Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Owned truck or van and your own tool set.

Experience quoting jobs (labor/materials) strongly preferred.

Commitment to earn OSHA 10 Certification within 90 days of employment.

Comfort with technology;
Service Titan experience is a plus.

Electrical Installation Finish and Rough Carpentry Carpet & Flooring Installation Physical capabilities

Stand, walk, and climb ladders/stairs (at least 15 ft.).Lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.

Maintain clear near, far, and peripheral vision with normal depth perception (natural or corrected).Important notes

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
