Water Restoration Technician

Job Overview

Join SERVPRO’s top‑rated team as a Water Damage Technician. In this role you will respond to water damage emergencies, assess situations, and restore residential and commercial properties while receiving ongoing training and support from a dynamic team committed to excellence.

• Rapidly respond to water damage from floods and leaks.
• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization.
• Remove damaged materials such as carpet, drywall, and flooring.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Work full‑time (M‑F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with on‑call duties, extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in water damage restoration or a similar industry.
• Proficiency with restoration equipment and hand/power tools.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and reliability.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

$19.50 – $21.50 per hour
