Do you enjoy fixing things and working with your hands? We're looking for a dependable, self‑motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our offices, shops, and construction facilities in top condition.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys tackling a wide variety of maintenance projects.

• Change HVAC air filters and perform preventive maintenance
• Power wash buildings, sidewalks, and equipment
• Interior and exterior painting
• Minor carpentry, framing, and construction projects
• Install and replace door hardware, locks, shelving, and fixtures
• Waterproofing and sealing projects
• General building repairs and maintenance
• Assemble and install equipment and furniture
• Maintain company shops, offices, and yard facilities
• Assist with miscellaneous maintenance projects as needed

• Experience in general building maintenance, construction, or a related trade
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
• Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
• Electrical experience is a plus
• HVAC/air conditioning experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license

• Reliable and dependable
• A self‑starter who doesn't need constant supervision
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable performing a variety of maintenance tasks—no two days are exactly alike
• Committed to doing quality work and keeping our facilities in excellent condition
