We are actively seeking to fill positions for our Mechanical Crew which operates in the metro KC Area. The Mechanical Crew responds to HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing service needs at the apartment communities in the metro KC area, Johnson County and North of the River (MO). The crew members also assist with routine maintenance of HVAC equipment at our sites and ongoing renovations to upgrade HVAC equipment.
In order to be considered, the applicant needs to demonstrate they are highly skilled in all areas of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing. Technicians on this crew share in a rotating on‑call schedule for emergencies after hours assisting site team in the metro KC area with more difficult mechanical tasks.
- Must have multiple years of verifiable experience in a similar position.
Compensation based on experience. - HVAC/EPA Certification is required
- Must have your own basic tools including a smartphone or tablet
- Physical demands include constant walking, standing, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting up to 50lbs on a frequent basis. Occasional lifting up to 75lbs.
- Time management skills, ability to multi‑task, and prioritize work
- Successfully complete background and drug screening
- Ability to work an "On Call" rotation – Additional BONUS Pay applies
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
