Maintenance Mechanic II

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Day Shift M-F, OT on weekends

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform technical and maintenance support to ensure equipment uptime and availability

+ Conduct safety inspections and document findings, assisting in developing corrective actions

+ Operate cranes, power tools, hoists, and hand tools safely and efficiently

+ Maintain accurate records using the CMMS system and perform preventative maintenance

+ Troubleshoot and repair engines, conveyors, electrical systems, CNC machines, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 10 years industrial maintenance experience

+

Experience with welding, cutting, troubleshooting preventative maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)

+ Solid understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, cranes, and power transmission components

+ 3+ years experience with CNC machines and lasers; HVAC knowledge is a plus

+ High school diploma or GED; capable of operating hand, power, and specialized tools
