AV Technician
As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of audio-visual systems. This role involves pulling electronic low voltage cables, conducting basic wiring, and installing audio-visual systems.
Responsibilities- Pull electronic low voltage cables.
- Conduct basic wiring and installation of audio-visual systems.
- Mount and suspend loudspeakers, projectors, and projection screens.
- Install and wire 70-volt sound systems and sound reinforcement systems.
- Operate basic cable testing equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Meet all installation deadlines.
- Accurately track time sheets, service/installation tickets, and inventory items.
- Comply fully with the company's and customer's safety program.
- Proficient in mechanical tasks and handling CAT 6 cables.
- Experience in wiring and electrical work.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems.
- Capability of heavy lifting.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction is advantageous.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
