We are looking for a skilled, versatile Handyman / Craftsman to join our Olathe team. This is a full‑time, W‑2 position that offers the best of both worlds: the independence of being your own boss on the job site, paired with the year‑round work, steady pay, and administrative support of an established brand.

You will evaluate the job, discuss the solution with the homeowner, complete the work to a high standard, and leave the workspace clean.
Over time, success means building a reputation for reliability, quality, and trust in the community. You will help us maintain our strong local reputation, earn repeat business, and work efficiently. Your ability to manage your time and communicate well with customers will directly translate to performance bonuses and advancement opportunities within the company.
