We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Installation Technician to join our growing team in Olathe, KS. Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets and countertops with precision and attention to detail
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to execute installations accurately
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for assembly and installation tasks
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe during and after installation
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry or cabinet installation experience required
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
