• Execute precise installations of commercial door systems, frames, and storefront glazing to ensure long-term structural integrity.
• Perform complex repairs on mechanical and electrical door components, including hinges, springs, closers, and automated access systems.
• Diagnose technical malfunctions and provide cost-effective, durable solutions that minimize client downtime.
• Verify that all hardware configurations and door assemblies adhere strictly to building codes and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional on-site service by clearly communicating repair processes and technical recommendations to facility managers.
• Document service activities and maintenance history to maintain accurate asset records for our clients.
• Conduct rigorous quality inspections post-installation to guarantee peak performance and operational safety.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to perform precise mathematical calculations and read tape measures accurately.
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 20 feet, and work in various physical positions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
