• Do you enjoy mechanical puzzles and hands-on work?
• Can you explain technical issues to customers with clarity and confidence?
• Are you safety-minded, precise with measurements, and proud of a job done right?

• Install, service, and adjust a wide range of commercial door systems.
• Repair springs, hinges, locks, electrical components, and operators.
• Fit and set door hardware including locks, handles, closers, and access control devices.
• Verify compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Deliver top-tier customer service; outline options and cost-effective fixes.
• Document site conditions, work performed, and materials used with accuracy.
• Conduct final QA to ensure reliable, safe operation.

• Hands-on, industry-best training.
• Commercial/retail door openings, hardware, and storefront glazing exposure.
• Instruction on manual-operated doors and dock equipment for industrial applications.
• Hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware training.

• Full-time within 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday; overtime and on-call opportunities may arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of commercial door experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of door types, brands, and hardware is a plus.
• Comfortable with hand/power tools; accurate with a tape measure and fractions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, math, and communication skills.
• Quality-focused; follows safety procedures and standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs; bend and lift repeatedly; climb ladders up to 20’; work on knees for extended periods; and operate power tools proficiently.
• Continual training provided for ongoing development.
