Our client’s document automation solution helps thousands of professionals to maximize efficiency, minimize risk, enhance compliance, and improve quality. Their document generation tools slash the time it takes to draft, assemble, and distribute new documents. The product protects against errors and ensures perfectly formatted and accurate documents every time. In addition, by making use of their powerful APIs, it can be integrated with existing processes or used to assemble documents at scale.

As an experienced and senior member of our engineering team, you will spearhead the work to modernize and optimize our codebase, enhance system performance, and ensure the long-term maintainability of our solution. This role combines hands-on technical work and a strategic mindset to drive the technical evolution of document automation.

You will be responsible for the development of our Advance portal, a web application with an Angular front end and a .NET Core back end running in Azure.

As part of a cross-skilled team, you will:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Provide technical and architectural leadership.
• Be part of a professional culture of ownership, openness, and self-improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Team Lead, and other team members to successfully deliver features from inception to production.
• Interact with the rest of the business to gain deep understanding of our products, customers, and users.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Successful candidates will have professional experience within a software engineering team and will be:

• An adaptable developer, capable of delivering robust, quality solutions.
• Enthusiastic about continual learning and keen to upskill.
• Passionate about great UX and UI.
• Excellent at technical communication.
• Experience in the following technologies is essential:
• C# and .NET Core
• REST
• Entity Framework and Azure SQL
• Angular or Type Script experience would be valuable

Experience in the following areas is desirable:

• OAuth, SSO and authentication
• Web security
• Azure App Services and other Azure technologies
• Distributed caching – such as Redis
• Containerization

• Being a part of a leading US-base enterprise company
