Delivery Driver Fed Ex Ground (Home for Dinner!) (Shawnee, KS)

Home for Dinner. No driving experience necessary. Full-time or part-time.

QIC is seeking a go-getter as a Fed Ex Pick-up & Delivery Driver. No CDL necessary. Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, well-maintained trucks, and the opportunity to get home for dinner.

As a Pick-up & Delivery Driver you will drive a well‑maintained vehicle, deliver a wide variety of packages to different addresses, work independently, and maintain time management while following DOT regulations and safety measures. This position is fast‑paced and requires excellent customer interaction, initiative, and quick feet.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• No CDL required.
• Must read, speak, and understand English well enough to converse with the public and understand highway signs and signals (FMCS requirement, 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• No DUIs.
• Pre‑employment background check required.
• Daytime shift only.
• Requires initiative, quick‑hearted mindset, and safety as #1.
• Pre‑employment drug screen required; MJ prescriptions not allowed per DOT.
• Paid training provided.

Monday to Friday, daytime shift only.
