Fed Ex Pickup & Delivery Driver – No CDL necessary!

Pay: $21–24 per hour (or daily rate)

Type: Full‑time or Part‑time

Schedule: Day shifts, 1–5 days per week; weekend shifts available. You may be home by dinner at the end of the day, as the company tries to accommodate your schedule.

You will drive a well‑maintained Fed Ex Ground vehicle to deliver a wide variety of packages to businesses and residential homes throughout the Western Shawnee and Lenexa area. The role is fast‑paced, requires physical activity, and focuses on safety and punctuality.

• Use GPS to plan and follow delivery routes.
• Deliver packages of all sizes, including items up to 150 lb, using dollies or teammates when necessary.
• Maintain the vehicle and perform pre‑trip inspections.
• Adhere to all safety, DOT regulations, and company policies.
• Keep accurate time and record‑keeping of deliveries.
• Assist in loading and unloading at the Terminal/Hub.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid, non‑expired driver’s license.
• No CDL required.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test (no marijuana or approved prescriptions).
• Physical stamina for bending, lifting, and moving quickly.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication/customer‑service skills.
