Full-Time, Salary $55,000

Good Life Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and fully operational to support our programs and the people we serve.

Duties Include
  • Manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles, including procurement, deliveries, and maintenance
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and repairs
  • Track and analyze fleet performance, costs, fuel usage, and vehicle utilization
  • Support driver training and promote safe vehicle operation practices
  • Coordinate vehicle assignments and support program needs across the organization
  • Maintain accurate records (registrations, insurance, inspections, maintenance history)
  • Develop and implement an internal "ride-share" program that encourages staff to provide rides for persons the agency serves
Qualifications
  • Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and data analysis
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements
