Good Life Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and fully operational to support our programs and the people we serve.

Duties Include- Manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles, including procurement, deliveries, and maintenance
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and repairs
- Track and analyze fleet performance, costs, fuel usage, and vehicle utilization
- Support driver training and promote safe vehicle operation practices
- Coordinate vehicle assignments and support program needs across the organization
- Maintain accurate records (registrations, insurance, inspections, maintenance history)
- Develop and implement an internal "ride-share" program that encourages staff to provide rides for persons the agency serves
- Associate degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet management, automotive operations, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and data analysis
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements
