Delivery Driver Fed Ex Monday to Friday 8-5 (Home for Dinner!) Local delivery (Lenexa, KS)

The position is full‑time with a Monday to Friday schedule. You will drive a well‑maintained company truck, deliver packages within the Western Shawnee and Lenexa area, and be home for dinner each day. You will follow your assigned route, manage time, and maintain safety, with no micromanagement.

Pick up and deliver a variety of packages to local addresses, follow a pre‑determined route, and ensure timely and safe deliveries.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid, non‑expired driver's license.
• No CDL required.
• Must understand and use English well enough to communicate with the public and interpret highway signs and signals.
• Must not have a DUI; if offense, must be at least 7 years old or have completed a safe‑driving program.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen (NOMJ and MJ prescriptions not allowed per DOT).
• Daytime shift only.
• Paid training provided.

Pay ranges from $21 to $24 per hour. Includes paid PTO, a monthly safety bonus, and a benefits program covering full dental, vision, and life insurance and 50% of medical insurance.

Monday to Friday daily;
Saturday/Sunday shift options available.

Station options:
Lenexa Hub (8000 Cole Pkwy, Lenexa, KS) or Olathe Hub (22525 W. 167th St., Olathe, KS). Delivery area covers Western Shawnee and Lenexa.

Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma. Military candidates encouraged to apply.
