Shaw Industries is a Fortune 500 flooring company with over 20,000 associates across North America. As a private fleet driver, you will deliver our products from our Lenexa, KS facility to customers year‑round.

• Deliver flooring products to customers across North America.
• Operate and maintain defensive and safe driving practices.
• Use forklifts and pallet jacks as needed to maneuver heavy products.
• Adhere to company safety, quality, and customer service standards.

• Age 24 years or older.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum of 2 of the last 3 years of commercial roadway driving experience, or 3 of the last 5 years, or 2 years of heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

• $29.87 per hour.
• Quarterly Driver Safety Incentive.
• Consistent, year‑round work; non‑rotating 10‑hour shift;
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday work days with Wednesday off; possible overnight stay.
