Employment Information

• Position: Route Driver - Utility (Full Time)
• Location: Canteen – 17501 West 98th Street Unit #P12-39, Lenexa, KS 66219
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary (details provided during interview)
• Pay: $22.50 to $30.00 per hour
• Referral Bonus: Internal Employee Referral Bonus available; commission eligibility may apply
• Requirement: No prior experience required; willing to train; must have valid driver’s license

Drive a company‑owned truck over an established route to deliver products, collect money from machines, and fulfill customer needs.

• Serve a particular route or location during the absence of the regular route or warehouse employee.
• Assist Customer Service Managers with daily opening and closing of the operation and train new route service personnel.
• Deliver products such as soft drinks, bakery items, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries to customers.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines; collect stale, rejected, or unsold merchandise.
• Collect money from machines and refill bill and coin changers.
• Record transactions on appropriate card and/or electronic device; be accountable for cash and product.
• Call on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; inform regular customers of new products and/or services; listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Select items from warehouse and load truck; prepare order forms for food and pastry products.
• Perform routine maintenance on and sanitation of machines.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform job safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license; ensure safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
