• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance)
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities for customers and associates
• Learning and performing minor repairs such as tire installation, replacement, rotation, and preventive maintenance under coaching
• Completing other projects and tasks assigned by a supervisor

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team player with the ability and willingness to work outdoors
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Compliance with Penske’s safety and maintenance policies, including DOT, OSHA, PPE, and machine guarding
• Full attendance and punctuality essential
• Current driver qualification file required, with MVR checks, DOT physical, and safety performance records
• Willingness to work the required schedule, travel for training, and pass drug and physical screenings

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods
• Regular use of hands for grasping, reaching, touching, handling tools and controls
• Ability to work safely at heights with ladders and elevated platforms
• Capable of working in all weather conditions
• Visual and auditory acuity to navigate a busy workplace with large trucks
• Regular lift and move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and ability to lift up to 100 lbs (45 kg) when pushing/pulling truck tires

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Hours:

Second Shift Tuesday‑Saturday 3:00 pm‑11:30 pm

Second shift start times after 11 am are eligible for a $2.50 per hour shift differential.
Third shift start time after 9 pm is eligible for a $3.50 per hour shift differential.
