Route Driver - Micromarket

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Route Driver – Micromarket position. The Route Driver operates a company vehicle on an established route to deliver products, maintain and service micro markets, and provide excellent customer service.

Canteen – 9771 Commerce Parkway, Lenexa, KS 66219.

Full‑time, Monday through Friday day shift. Weekends and holidays as needed.

Hourly rate $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, with potential for commission and bonus opportunities.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on markets; report defective equipment.
• Ensure truck is loaded properly before each route and follow operational procedures.
• Inform clients of new products or services, listen to and resolve complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sale promotion materials.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation per district procedures.
• Maintain company vehicle clean, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Perform all job functions safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience, route delivery or DSD experience preferred.
• Valid Class C driver’s license (non‑CDL). Must be able to operate company vehicles safely.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
• Willingness to learn or operate material handling equipment.
• Works independently, responsible for route; unsupervised 98 % of the time.
• Preferred 1–2 years customer service experience or related experience.
