• Operate in a fast‑paced environment to deliver packages safely and swiftly.
• Work independently while using GPS technology, Pro Master vans, and efficient package organization to meet team and personal goals.
• Load delivery vans accurately and efficiently.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain enthusiasm for the expanding logistics industry.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences at all times.
• Self‑starter who can problem‑solve and make sound decisions.
• Use a hand‑held device for routing and delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Drive and work in varying weather conditions.
• Walk up/downstairs throughout the shift and get in and out of a vehicle.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Consent to pre‑employment screenings.
• Reliable and dependable.

• Typical 10‑hour shifts, 4 days per week, usually between 10:30 am and 9:15 pm.
• Minimum starting wage of $22.25 per hour plus $1.00 per hour safety/quality bonus, totaling $23.25 per hour.
• Up to $5,250 tuition reimbursement for the 2023 school year.
