- Driver / Warehouse Associate

Key Refrigeration Supply is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Springfield, Illinois branch. This position plays a vital role in serving our customers by ensuring accurate deliveries, maintaining warehouse operations, and providing outstanding customer service.

• Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customer job sites using a company vehicle.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully and securely.
• Verify orders for accuracy before deliveries and customer pickups.
• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist customers picking up orders at the branch.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on company delivery vehicles.
• Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations, as applicable.
• Support other warehouse and branch operations as needed.

• Valid CDL license w/ HM endorsement and a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed).
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
