Field Support Specialist

• Drive company vehicles as qualified and required
• Deliver and pick up materials and tools efficiently and promptly
• Prepare tool shipments via freight for outlying job sites
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Shelf, pick, log, clean, and maintain tools
• Process routing slips, tool transfers, driver logs, ORM, return forms, and other paperwork
• Track maintenance and repair of shop vehicles
• Inform the Field Support Supervisor of repair and maintenance needs
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and 5S principles
• Assist with building maintenance as needed
• Assist the Field Support Coordinator/Manager with miscellaneous tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or construction support role
• Experience with transportation and material handling is preferred
• 20% travel
• Availability between 6 AM and 5 PM, Monday–Friday
• Overtime may be required
• Mobile staircase, ladder, and pallet jack usage is required
• Must have and maintain DOT certification
• Must have and maintain Forklift certification
• Successful completion of a background and drug test
• Ability to drive company vehicles as qualified and required

Demonstrates expertise in logistics and material handling, with a strong focus on maintaining warehouse organization and adhering to safety standards. Proficient in operating company vehicles and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with DOT regulations.
