FLY INTO Woodbridge, NJ

Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers - Routes out of Woodbridge, NJ - 4 weeks out, 1 week home

ARC Logistics is an established, financially secure Fed Ex Ground contractor with five years of steady growth. Because we contract exclusively with Fed Ex Ground, our drivers receive consistent year-round freight without dealing with outside shippers or brokers.

At least 36 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.

An active Doubles/Triples endorsement, or willingness to obtain it quickly.

A safe driving history with zero drug or alcohol violations.

Ability to communicate clearly in English for safety, dispatch, and DOT compliance.

Dependable attendance, professional conduct, and a safety-first work ethic.

Weekly pay: $2,400-$2,800 per driver, with a documented weekly average of $2,437.50.

Safety incentive:
Earn $41.25-$55.00 per qualifying week, accrued and paid every six months ($2,145-$2,860 annually if earned every qualifying week).

Schedule:

Out 4 weeks, home 1. Fly into NJ, run Tue-Sat. Off Sun-Mon. Repeat 4 weeks.

Team structure:
Full-time W-2 OTR team position. No solo openings are available on these routes.

Freight:
No-touch, drop-and-hook operations.

Medical, dental, and vision coverage; eligibility begins after 30 days, subject to plan terms.

Performance incentives:

Operate dedicated OTR lanes safely and efficiently as part of a two-driver team.

Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD records.

Follow DOT, company, and customer safety procedures.

Communicate promptly with dispatch about delays, equipment concerns, and route status.
