We are hiring Warehouse Associates at our Lenexa, Kansas warehouse. In this role, you will scan, pick, and pack orders and work alongside a team that enjoys working together.

What you'll do

* Prepare and organize inventory for shipping

* Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders

* Follow clear on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks

* Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely

* Receive, audit, and store incoming products

* Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals

* Help with other warehouse tasks as needed

What we're looking for

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shift

* 6 months of previous warehouse experience ideally in a similar environment

* Comfort working with productivity goals and daily targets

* Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded

* Ability to work a 4x10 schedule or 5x8 schedule (including Sundays)

* Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time

Shift details

* Day shift only

* Overtime may be required

* Sunday shifts are mandatory

The starting pay for this role is $20.25 USD per hour.

After 90 days, you may be eligible for quarterly bonuses through our Warehouse Incentive Program.
