Schedule:

2nd Shift B (Tues - Sat) 2:30PM - 11PM

• Master of Organization:
  Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
• Cycle Count Expert:
  Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
• Inventory Whisperer:
  Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
• Root Cause Detective:
  Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
• Status Savvy:
  Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
• Forklift Pro:
  Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Collaborative Communicator:
  Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Attention to Detail:
  Spot a missing item from a mile away and handle even the smallest discrepancies.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Problem-Solving
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrated critical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.
• Forklift Certified:
  Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
