GSP is now hiring an Inventory Clerk Lead in Lenexa, KS. GSP Companies is a large‑format graphics production company that delivers photographic‑quality printing propping, visual displays, fixtures, and sourcing to iconic fashion retailers. Position Summary

Inventory Clerk in Finished Goods:
Work from requisitions to properly pull and deliver various finished signage and products. Receive and inspect finished signage and products, verifying correctness and quantities against inventory/customer supplied GTRs. Properly tag and store all received products, maintain inventory control of all finished products. Notify appropriate personnel of shortages, damaged or incorrect products received. Maintain records, files, and input data of all finished products, and handle routine correspondence for all finished products.

Operate compactors, bailing machines and various hand tools, maintain cleanliness of the finished goods area and other warehouse areas, remove trash, and assist in other areas of the warehouse or other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative and electronic functions for materials received and issued.
  • Verify print image to stock size.
  • Prepare inventory and perform cycle counting.
  • Communicate problems with supervisor or warehouse manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness of material staging area.
  • Operate bailing machines, other machinery, and various hand tools.
  • Assist in other warehouse areas or departments as needed.
  • Pull IMS orders, verify part numbers, promotions, and quantities.
  • Cycle count any signage with less than 10 items in inventory, including up to the last sign.
  • Send box approval and IMS shortage emails.
  • Pull GTRs and debit in a timely manner.
  • Pull customer supplied signage and relocate remaining signage to the customer’s designated FG area.
  • Put away new inventory and overage in a timely manner.
  • Pull reship orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure overage is tagged and put away in the designated rack for each customer.
  • Handle special requests from Account Managers.
  • Monitor Asset Manager for requests from customers.
  • Track down missing signage from overage and resolve any issues.
  • Enter new signage into inventory when overage signage is purchased by customer.
  • Read, speak, and understand English.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and lead a small team.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
