Position: WAREHOUSE ADC CLERK

Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. Duties include receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening, and other assigned tasks to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow handling procedures, both physical and written, as outlined in client‑level Quality Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and SOPs.
  • Verify and receive materials into inventory; mark and inventory packages for storage or transit, including palletizing and shrink‑wrap as needed.
  • Use MH equipment to move, store, pick, pack, and store materials within the warehouse, working from pick sheets or pull sheets.
  • Check orders against pull sheets and ensure accuracy.
  • When handling dangerous goods, follow necessary procedures and store shipments in the designated warehouse section.
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.) and obtain required hazardous materials certification.
  • Elevate potential safety or compliance issues to the next level of supervision when required.
  • Identify and correct mistakes or inconsistencies in paperwork during receiving or shipping processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Physical Demands

The role requires frequent lifting of objects from 1" to 36" high with weights ranging from 10 lbs. to 160 lbs., carrying objects for distances of 1 ft. to 350 ft., and pushing or pulling objects between 20 lbs. – 60 lbs. The job also involves standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, climbing stairs or ladders, and occasional reach and grip tasks. Vision, hearing, and dexterity are essential.

Environment

The warehouse environment may involve moderate noise, dust, fumes, odors, and temperature variations. Employees may work with cryogenic fluids, require personal protective equipment, and perform tasks inside patient homes and delivery vehicles. Exposure to chemicals, vibrations, and high temperatures may also occur.
