When you’ll work

Full-Time: 1st and 2nd ShiftsFLEX

Shifts:

Non-traditional work hours designed for alternating availability

Compensation

Starting at $16.50/hour, plus a shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications (all roles)
Ability to understand and follow all safety requirements

Ability to read and understand EnglishFLEX shift structure

Work every other month for 3–4 weeks, including all required overtime (10–12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
Enjoy time off during opposing months due to lower production demand (extra hours may be available)
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in EnglishFLEX benefits

Eligible for medical coverage only Partial PTO accrual

Holiday pay eligibility only when flexed in and working on the holiday
