Shipping & Receiving ​/ Mail Operations Supervisor

• Lead and support a team of three warehouse employees.
• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and mail operations.
• Make sure incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Help manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Work with delivery carriers and internal teams to coordinate shipments.
• Train new team members and help improve day-to-day processes.
• Pitch in with warehouse tasks whenever needed.

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is a plus.
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys solving problems.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
