Covenant Health - - Responsibilities:
Take and record temperature, pulse, respiration rates, blood pressures, weights, heights, and intake-output measurements.;
Ambulate, and assist patients in and out of bed, into wheelchairs and transport when necessary.;
Provide morning or evening care, including bed bath, oral hygiene, dressing, and changing bed linen.;
Assist in maintaining a safe environment and proper handling of linen and supplies.;
Gathers equipment for O2 setup and checks for proper function at patient bedside
