Shipping Coordinator – El Paso, TX

Location: El Paso, TX 79905

Pay: $21.27 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am – 6 pm, with some overtime on Saturdays

• Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages and letters within the company.
• Maintain the company stockroom through organization, cleaning, and cataloging on a regular basis.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff for managing shipments.
• Keep records of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
• Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints, working to resolve them.
• Place merchandise in the warehouse by packaging, lifting items as necessary, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.
• Operate forklifts to move and organize large goods within the warehouse.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience operating forklifts, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Practical skills and judgment to safely operate equipment under various conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
