Hubbell Lenoir City is currently recruiting for the following work schedule
:

Hours:

10 hours daily, from 4 PM to 2:30 AMDays:
Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Compensation details
:
Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour Shift Differential:
Additional 10% of base pay Incentive Pay:
Available Retention Bonus:
Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment

A Day In The Life

Polymer Concrete Casters at Hubbell Lenoir City are tasked with Casting Covers or Boxes by utilizing various individual mold platforms to prepare molds of different sizes.

Their duties involve mixing and pouring polymer concrete into these molds, along with integrating materials like fiberglass and rebar for reinforcement.

At Hubbell Lenoir City, safety is paramount. Therefore, we require all employees to wear protective eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and leather steel-toed shoes to ensure their safety at all times.
