Position: Polymer Concrete Caster
Schedule: 10 hours daily, from 4 PM to 2:30 AM Monday‑Thursday, mandatory overtime Friday and Saturday as needed.
Compensation and BenefitsStarting Wage: $20.00 per hour
Shift Differential: Additional 10% of base pay
Incentive Pay: Available
Retention Bonus: Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plan; 4% profit sharing; paid vacation

A Day In The LifePolymer Concrete Casters at Hubbell Lenoir City are tasked with casting covers or boxes using various individual mold platforms to prepare molds of different sizes. Their duties involve mixing and pouring polymer concrete into these molds, along with integrating materials like fiberglass and rebar for reinforcement. At Hubbell Lenoir City, safety is paramount; therefore, all employees must wear protective eyewear, hard hats, earplugs, and leather steel‑toed shoes at all times.
