As a Busser/Food Runner, you will work closely with the serving staff to provide quality dining experiences. Your main responsibility is supporting the dining team by delivering food promptly, maintaining clean and guest‑ready tables, and assisting with overall dining room flow to ensure an efficient and positive guest experience. This is a part‑time position with a general schedule of Thursday‑Saturday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
ResponsibilitiesDining Room & Food Service Support
- Assist servers by maintaining clean, organized, and guest‑ready tables
- Clear, pre‑bus, and reset tables efficiently during service
- Refill water glasses and support general table upkeep
- Deliver food accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guest tables
- Confirm orders, special requests, and proper food presentation
- Assist with basic guest needs and support service flow during high‑volume periods and events
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and common guest areas
- Assist with side work, restocking, and end‑of‑shift cleaning duties
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards to maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support teamwork and efficiency
- High School diploma (preferred).
- 1 year customer service experience (required).
- Must be at least 18 years old (required).
- Must be willing to work weekend, holiday, and evening shifts.
- Basic understanding of restaurant etiquette.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Excellent track record of communication skills and working as a team player.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to improvise and make decisions based on business or guest needs.
- Ability to provide quality service and experience for members and guests.
Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, twist, climb stairs, kneel, lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move for up to 8 hours at a time.
