Role Description The Shipping Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lenoir City, TN. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are securely packaged and labeled according to company standards and carrier requirements. Day‑to‑day tasks include coordinating shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming deliveries, maintaining organized storage areas, and updating inventory records.

The Shipping Specialist operates material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks), collaborates with production and customer service teams to meet shipping deadlines, and assists with resolving shipping issues or discrepancies. This role requires attention to detail, consistent adherence to safety procedures, and a commitment to reliable, timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping to manage outgoing orders and incoming deliveries efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Packing skills to prepare, protect, and label products for safe and accurate transit.
• Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills to safely move, load, and unload materials as needed.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills to track stock levels, reconcile counts, and maintain organized storage areas.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, labeling, and order verification.
• Ability to lift and move materials as part of daily warehouse and shipping activities, following safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams.
• Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
