This role involves approximately 75% nationwide travel and 25% work within the home market.
OverviewA specialized “Tiger Team” of Level 2 Data Center Technicians is being assembled to support a large-scale fiber upgrade initiative. The project focuses on replacing existing coaxial infrastructure with fiber across multiple data center locations.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first onsite technician at new locations, establishing processes, procedures, and best practices during the initial 6–8 weeks of each project.
- Transition to the next site to repeat the process, ensuring continuity of best practices.
- Work in local data centers within the home market during gaps between deployments.
- Operate independently with minimal ramp‑up time and contribute immediately to project success.
- Support the addition of entry‑level cable technicians over time for long‑term project completion.

Skills & Qualifications
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly.
- Ability to be on the road for up to two weeks at a time before returning home.
- Travel arrangements will be coordinated, and approved expenses will be reimbursed.
