Plant Set Up operator

Pay: $15–$16/hour (DOE)
Location: Lenoir, NC
Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift | Overtime as needed

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Set-Up Operator for a manufacturing facility in Lenoir, NC. This position is responsible for setting up and preparing machinery and equipment for daily production runs while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.

• Set up machinery and equipment for production according to specifications

• Adjust settings and make minor mechanical adjustments as needed

• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards

• Troubleshoot minor operational issues

• Maintain accurate production records

• Follow safety procedures and company policies

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Previous manufacturing or machine setup experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read work orders and production specifications

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
