Starting pay: $19.15/hr

• Understand trim specifications.
• Style to customer specifications.
• Maintain style pace to labor standards.
• Identify all retail beef or pork product specifications.
• Identify all retail beef or pork packaging specifications.
• Understand grade, enhancement, ascorbic acid requirements.
• Understand Food Safety, GMP, SSOP requirements.
• Maintain product flow and procedures.
• Understand muscle orientation and different primals.
• Understand production schedule and rotation of items.
• Understand table position rotation/assignment based on production schedule.
• Training provided onsite.

• Cold, wet, damp environment.
• Standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Uneven walking surfaces and slippery floors.

• A solid work history, previous manufacturing or food processing experience preferred.
• An eye for detail and a passion for quality.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, cold environment performing repetitive work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The successful applicant will be responsible for tasks such as cutting meat and packaging and presentation of product.
