* Operates a sewing machine to sew upholstery pieces
* Follows sewing standards
* Must be able to read and understand sewing specs
* Must be able to read and understand production tickets to sew pieces to customer specifications
* Must be able to match thread color to fabric color
* Must be able to work as part of a team## Qualifications Requirements:
* Must have experience sewing cushions and flatwork
* High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
* Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills
* Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
* Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
* Results and deadline-oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask
* Thrives in a changing and dynamic environment

Physical demands and abilities:
* Prolonged periods of sitting
* Able to lift 50 pounds, occasionally
* Available to work weekends or overtime as needed
* Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
