Spray Operator # Spray Operator Hot Job Plant 2 Upholstery Plant - Lenoir, NC 28645## Overview Position Type Full Time## Description This position works the line spraying furniture with a variety of finishes:
Stain, Lacquer, and Sealer.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line
* Use spray guns to coat furniture frames, make adjustments to liquid product according needs.
* Perform line changeovers in a safe and efficient manner
* Complete pre and post cleaning production run
* Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production
* Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required
* PPR in designated areas, confined, space safety, safe chemical handling, etc.
* Perform other duties as assigned## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum two (2) years experience in spraying in a factory environment, preferred
* Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
* Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
* Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently or as a team member
* Ability to read work instructions
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** Standing, walking, bending for an 8-hour shift
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects
* Move products from upholstery locations to finished products
** Environment:
*** Climate controlled production floor
* Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching
* Lifting of up to 50 pounds
